Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Y Build mobile app, web app, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. Account deletion scrubs your personal information and revokes all sessions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to, and not to enable any third party to:

• Post, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malware, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Use the Services to develop competing products by scraping or systematically extracting data.
• Bypass usage limits, quotas, or security mechanisms.
• Use the Services for spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial content.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content to the Services, you grant Y Build a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you and the people you choose to share with.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content: we do not permit content that violates the Acceptable Use policy above. Reports may be submitted from inside the app. We commit to reviewing and removing violating content within 24 hours of a substantiated report, and to suspending the accounts of users who post such content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the consequences of submitting it.

The Services use AI models from third-party providers (including Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic) to generate text, code, images, and other content based on your prompts. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it.

You may not use the Services to generate content that violates the Acceptable Use policy.

Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at ybuild.ai. Refunds are at our discretion and required by applicable law.

On iOS in regions where in-app purchase is required by Apple, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID; refunds in that case are handled by Apple per the App Store terms.

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Y Build and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users, the Services, or third parties. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
